Returns Policy

Product(s) sold and/or shipped by TEK97 EduMedia or its delivery partners are eligible for returns only in the case if it is received in damaged condition. In which case a replacement will be provided of the same product which was ordered. We must be notified about this within 2 days of receipt of the damaged order , beyond which no queries will be entertained. Returns or Replacement for any other reason is not offered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the order being replaced. Upon approval , a replacement product will be dispatched to your shipping address .

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your replacement, receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Returns from Delivery Partner(s) will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refund for any product sold by TEK97 EduMedia exclusively through its website is offered only in the case where we are unable to fulfill your order due to any circumstances within the delivery schedule. If Your refund is approved you will be notified and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Refund for any other reason is not permitted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tek97.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as deemed by TEK97 EduMedia upon inspection. Our decision will be final and binding
